The shocking Delhi Red Fort blast that killed at least eight people on November 10 is now being directly linked to a network of educated terrorists — doctors with alleged ties to Pakistan-based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM).

According to reports, the main accused Dr. Umar Mohammed, believed to be an associate of Dr. Muzammil and Dr. Adil, orchestrated the explosion soon after his associates were arrested in Faridabad. Jammu and Kashmir Police earlier arrested Dr. Adil with large quantities of explosives, while Faridabad Police seized nearly 2900 kg of explosives and rifles from Dr. Muzammil on the morning of November 10.

Investigators suspect that panic over these arrests triggered Dr. Umar to detonate the car bomb outside the Red Fort in Delhi around 6:52 PM. CCTV footage shows a white Hyundai i20 (HR26CE7674) parked near the fort for over three hours before it exploded. Video footage from a Badarpur toll plaza confirms that Umar himself might have been driving the vehicle.

Further investigation reveals that the car’s last registered owner, Tariq, is also from Pulwama, linking the attack to the Kashmir module of JeM. Police sources also confirm that one female doctor has been detained in the same case.

The arrests of several doctors and engineers across the country have sparked fears of a growing “white-collar sleeper cell” network run by Pakistan. Earlier, an engineer from Pune and a Hyderabad-based doctor, Dr. Ahmed Mohiuddin, were arrested for attempting to create the deadly toxin Ricin using drone-supplied materials from across the border.

Authorities believe the Delhi blast was not a random act but part of a larger terror strategy aimed at destabilizing India through educated professionals embedded within society.

Delhi Police, NSG, and forensic teams are jointly investigating the blast, collecting evidence from the debris-laden site.
